Meet Kwizera Alex, also known as Kwiz Era! A talented Ugandan painter and illustrator, Kwiz Era has a remarkable way of expressing himself through various mediums. Whether he’s creating stunning digital art or working with traditional materials like watercolors, acrylics, and oil pastels, his passion shines through in every piece.

His artwork has gained recognition both locally and internationally, serving as powerful political and social commentary. From live painting at events to creating heartfelt commissioned portraits, children’s stories, and illustrations, Kwiz Era has made his mark in Uganda, Rwanda, Finland, Canada, and across West and Central Africa. He’s also involved in community mural projects that spread joy and support charitable causes.

With numerous group exhibitions under his belt, Kwiz Era is excited to unveil his first solo exhibition, titled CONSCIOUSNESS: Man and Nature, a beautiful exploration of themes close to his heart. Drawing inspiration from the human experience, nature, and cultural philosophies, he captures the essence of life in his art.
